We are proud to have been selected by IKEA to develop and deploy the rollout of Digital Retail Screens across their UK retail estate. This includes Digital Menus, food promotion totems, interactive and audio solutions.
The rollout to all 16 phase 1 stores will be completed by December 2016. Each store utilises uniquely addressable and housed digital menu screens in the restaurant and bistro areas as well as a number of custom totems designed and built by Beaver Group deployed across the customer journey store-wide.
The content running on the screens is controlled via Beaver Group’s Signage Ninja. This allows IKEA to make wholesale changes across the estate to content as well as more bespoke individual store level changes including stock, nutrition and price.
We have also designed and developed a large format interactive solution for IKEA Order Collection Point stores (IKEA OCP), where in its initial phase which provides inspiration and guidance to customers with an easy to use and tactile user interface.
