Chipotle ‘go digital’ across European sites

Starting with their Charing Cross Restaurant, Chipotle rolled out digital menu displays throughout their UK and French locations in Quarter 4, 2017.

Beaver Group supplied and installed digital menus to 12 Chipotle restaurants within 6 weeks, giving Chipotle Europe a fresh approach to their menus. Chipotle’s goal is to offer more visual appeal to the customer, ensuring that their ‘featured favourites’ are prominent, but also keeping the step by step ordering process clear and simple.

The Beaver Group Creative team have also been busy with this project. Offering more of a step by step approach to phase in digital content to the restaurants steadily, and integrate across all sites.

At Chipotle we offer a fully customisable menu of gourmet salads, bowls, burritos and tacos. As such the process of ordering can be intimidating for a first time customer. Therefore we recognised an opportunity to improve the customer journey via Digital Menu Screens. Adding an interactive step by step process alongside appetite appeal photography has allowed our operators to focus on what matters most - serving our guests. The Beaver team immediately understood the needs of our business and were quick to offer solutions of how we could improve. Their clear communication and impressive work ethic are clear indicators that they are genuinely invested in Chipotle’s success.
